We will work closely with the business owners to identify key strategic, operational and financial factors for the business, especially those directly affecting ultimate value and sale. We will then advise on how best to address those issues, and can also help with implementation.
We will provide a full report on the business, focusing in particular on the issues which may affect the eventual sale, and this report will include:

We will hold an initial half-day meeting which, together with the initial report, is completely free. Thereafter, we will work with the client on an agreed consultancy basis, usually charged at an agreed daily rate.
