During our day to day business operations, we may collect certain information relating to potential clients, contracted clients, corporate contacts and potential buyers of businesses.

We do not collect Sensitive Personal data (as defined by the regulations).
All information will be held and processed by us strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used by us directly in connection with the provision of our services.
We have determined that the collection, holding and processing of personal data by us falls within the lawful justification of ‘legitimate interest’ whereby the data is required in order to fulfil our services.
We will never sell any personal data.
We will not supply individual names and/or contact details to any third party except where such transfer of information is a necessary part of the services we undertake, we are given express permission, or where we are required to do so by law.
The personal data we collect and hold is stored securely and we exercise reasonable technical and procedural precautions to prevent the loss or misuse of that data.

In all our electronic mailings to all our contacts in the normal course of business, for example our monthly Bulletin and Briefings about specific business opportunities, we provide every recipient with the opportunity to unsubscribe.
A request to unsubscribe from receiving our electronic mailings can also be sent by email to email@example.com and we will remove that recipient’s details from our database.
Our website does not currently deploy cookies.
